Miltoniopsis Lennart Karl Gottling 'Red Rim'
I picked this up a month ago from Tom Perlite and Golden Gate Orchids for $10. It was fully spiked and ready to bloom. The flowers have a subtle perfumy fragrance up close after they get a little morning light through the northeast facing window it sits by. It has one active pseudo bulb and one back bulb. The media is fine orchiata and perlite. The indoor humidity here is 40-60% and I've been watering with R-O water and MSU every two to three days.
If you have any cultural advice on these, please share.http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/07/04/5ynyny4e.jpg |

Great deal for a beautiful one! :)
I have this one, but a different cultivar. 'Hula Skirt' which just dropped all its flowers. must be the summer heat. If you grow phalaenopsis, it takes basically the same care I find. It survives but does not like heat. It should not dry out so water accordingly. |
How lovely, the white aura around the waterfall really draws the eye.

That is very nice indeed. Love these. I may try them again.
