Raised White Spot on Phalaenopsis

Hey there OrchidBoard Community! Long time board follower, first time poster. I have a few plants I'm worrying myself over at the moment, the most obviously afflicted plant is a rescued Phal that had been doing well until recently. I don't know if it's heat stress, edema or anything else. I could be worrying myself sick over nothing but hopefully some wiser minds can spread some insight.

The other one I'm worried about is a Cattleya that I think is just suffereing from sunburn or heat stress. Right now these are relocated away from the rest of the plants.

I have had both heat-burned and cold-damaged plants exhibit this symptom. The tissue would get damaged, and as it heals, it forms a scar which is often raised, bumpy, and unsightly.

If those patches continue to spread, and your plants are not subject to extreme temperatures, then it may be another issue altogether. Otherwise, those patches are just benign, though unsightly, scars.

The last pic definitely looks like sunburn, the other two might be as well, but I'm not certain.
