ISO Fixture for Ray's LED bulb. Free lifetime gratitude for help:)
1 Attachment(s)
I've been working with RAy's LED bulbs and like the results I'm getting, but have had nothing but headaches trying to figure out how to come up with effective mountings/fixtures for them. I'm borrowing this pic from ALToronto to see if anyone can ID the fixture being used and where they can be found. Serious gratitude to ensue from any leads or ideas.

You could have just PM'd me.
The fixtures are from IKEA, their cheapest work lamp. I'm not using the conical lampshade. In Canada, the name of the lamp is Tertial. |
I'm glad she didn't PM you because now I also know. Thanks for the info :)

The lamps are generically called "swing arm drafting lamps". Available at better office supply and art stores.
Cheers. Jim |
...or you can go to your local home- or hardware store and by a "clamp lamp", and remove the reflector:

Gratitude, lots of it! Thanks for the fast replies and suggestions. I'm excited about the new possibilities and flexibility for getting light to the right places in my collection. Gracias, ALtoronto, Jim, Adriana, & Ray. :)
Made my day! |
May I add a thank you too? I love the LED lights and have 1 mounted on a fixture bought at Lowe's, but I hate the set up. Now I have options!
