Looking for an educated guess...
 

The flowers are smallish 2"+- across. The plant is tall-about 12". The color rendition is accurate in the pic. Thanks for any ideas. I thought I had a label but could not find it when I repotted this spring.

Epidendrum stamfordium hybrid, similar to Volcano Trick or Don Herman. (I'm too lazy to look up the correct genera)

Thanks msaar. I have an Eplc. Volcano Trick 'Orange Delight" that looks similar but the flowers are more bright orange and this one is more a rust color. But, I think you are on the right track.

I'm thinking the same thing as Berverly. Eplc. Volcano Trick. I'm not sure which version it is but it does look like 'Orange Delight'.
