Beautiful! This one of my favorite ascocendas. Mine is in bloom now also but, I must say, yours is one of the best I've ever seen. Good growing.

thanks :)
I bought this plant many many years ago - it was one of the first orchids I ever had. It is one of my all-time favorites. It has three keikis on it - I will keep the two in the front you can see in the photo and will be giving the one in the back to a friend once it roots. |
Wow that is really gorgeous to look at. The colour is something else :bowing :D
|
Wow! That's fabulous! :wtg:

My 9 year old E. sanderiana gave me three keikis that I plucked and replanted and they have bloomed by themselves already ...but on the fifth year I decided to clump the keikis with the mother ....I have the mother and daugter spiking and the grandchild is still growing with no roots yet(that is a good decision not to remove the larger keikis, Mommy=you will get more blooms from each plant)....will be posting pictures of my sanderiana soon

I have 3 adolescents that were divisions from a mother plant. They each have bloomed sprays of 13, but I can't wait for them to get to the mature state of yours. Just lovely! |
