Seed Engei
 

After not getting a response to my e-mail through Seed Engei's website, I was a bit hesitant about placing an order.

However, I decided that I would take a chance since I read good reviews about their plants (many of which are hard to find elsewhere) and their eBay store.

I am happy to report that my order arrived quickly (two days from shipping date) and the Cymbidium goeringii that I purchased was much bigger than what was advertised (their site stated 5 growths, but my plant has 10 growths plus two new growths).

Seed Engei did eventually reply to my e-mail (in which I had asked for a shipping date and tracking number) and apologized for the delay in response. Although I wish that they did a better job with their e-mail communication, I am very satisfied with my purchase experience with them.

While I haven't had any experience with them (I live in Canada), I do know that they go to a lot of shows, so it could have simply been that they were busy with that. And, all I have heard about them is good, so I would be surprised if there was problems.

They are very reliable and both the of plants, the preparation of the plants for shipping and shipping times are always excellent.

I agree with that, even if they are often a bit behind in terms of e-mail communication. Great plants at great prices :biggrin:

I've had similar experience with them, plant having more growth than listed :) Mine was a little Neo listed as three fans I think, but actually had 6, tho a couple were small - but so nice to get a bigger plant than you had expected!
