Hi Guys

I am an expat living in Thailand and have just bought a few different orchids to start my orchid garden as I just love the little beauties. Knowing next to nothing about orchids I'm on a steep learning curve! None of the plants I have bought here are labelled, I think I have ID'd some of the easier ones from internet pics but just not confident enough to say for sure.

I think the pics I have attached are Phalaenopsis - can anybody confirm/deny or possibly be more specific? Also, any watering and lighting tips for these please? The weather here is around 30 degrees celsius and very humid most of the year, with slight variations but no more than a few degrees up or down generally.

Many thanks in advance and more pics of other types to follow, there are plenty of weird and wonderful ones to choose from near my home, I'll post some of my other below :)

Cheers

Would I be correct in saying this is another, different type oh Phalaenopsis?

Thanks again :)

And these? I think I have an ID on these but I've forgotten the name as usual and can't find the picture again in my internet history! Sorry :)

Just a few more, sorry I'm such an Orchid newbie:)

Is this a Mokara?

This pic is a few days old, it has a full compliment of flowers now and is stunning :)

Cheers

Finally, what I believe to be a Catt Leilani? Can anybody confirm? Smells amazing in the mornings, I wake up at 6am just to go out and fight with the insects for prime postion!

Cheers

Those are all dendrobium hybrids. Some with D. bigibbum in them, but not all.

Something in the vandaceous group. Looks like it could have some vascostylis in it.
