I am looking after an orchid for a friend. After a week or so one of the leaves became "bumpy' see picture. The rest of the plant and the blooms are fine. My other orchids also are fine. Any ideas

Looks like a young leaf trying to harden off after being chewed on by bugs. Wipe the top and bottom of the lead with damp white paper towel and see if anything shows up on the paper towel. Mites will be an orange smear on the paper towel. But it could have been an eat and run case.
