Rlc. Fort Watson 'Mendenhall'
I have seen many pictures of this clone, and I have to say that most of them doesn't really capture the real color of this one. Actually, the original photo I took did not reflect the real color as well. So...A little bit adjustment on the color balance and there you go:) I think this is closest to the real color and if you are interested in getting this one, you have an idea what it will be like. This is the first time it bloomed for me, flower is only 4.5 inch across. Should get larger and larger in the future I hope.

stunning, i've never seen such a great capturing of the deep reds. I'm interested in what you did to get it for whenever my red dendrobium decides to bloom :)

Just beautiful!!!!!!

I love it!! It looks so velvety. Is there any fragrance?

The color is hard to capture since the petals are partially translucent. I have never truly liked any of my photos since the flower is so much more impressive because of the thin petal and septals.
I have had these up to 6 inch flowers. The bad part is the flowers seldom last over 3-4 weeks. |
