www.aos.org login stopped working?

Has anyone been able to login to aos.com as a member since the redesign? My login is failing.

I momentarily thought maybe my membership had expired and so I submitted a new membership form (there's no renewal option on the form) and my credit card info. Checking closer afterwards, I dug up my membership card and see that I was good through July 31, so apparently there is some other issue with the login. It also won't let me reset my password using the new security question answer.

Same here. I can not login to aos.org .

AOS

I, too, started having problems with the site several weeks ago. I am not a member of AOS but could at least read and respond to messages. I do not know what happened but I lost my "privileges" and when I tried to regain them all that happened was that I was confined to a loop that would not let me back in. I always wound up in a screen that said I had to contact them.
Oh, well. At least I can read most messages but nothing you have to click on.

In my case the forum login works just fine. In fact I'm still logged in from last year (never logged out). It is the main AOS site that I can't login to.

On the other hand, it appears I am able to view most or all members-only content without being logged in. When I go to the Orchids A-Z section, I'm told I must be logged in to read the articles, but when I click the click to continue link, it allows me to view all the content just fine.

I did the sensible thing now and emailed the membership director and the tech guy at AOS. I would imagine they might not monitor this forum.

All good now. Mitch Vogler at AOS emailed the password info to me. He didn't say that they had changed it during the migration, but it was definitely not a password I would have selected. I imagine they may not have been able to migrate the original passwords to the new site due to the complexities of how passwords are typically encrypted on a server.

And I see they've now added a link on the main site page:

F.Y.I...

I'm closing this thread. Not because there is anything wrong with it, but because it seems to be attracting more spammers than any other for some unknown reason.

I have spoken to Jayfar about this and he has agreed. The thread seems to have run it's course anyway so I think it's the best thing to do.
