Coelogyne Cristata blooming in UK?
 

Hi folks, can anyone tell me which month C. Cristata blooms in the UK, please?

sorry, no idea on this one. I would guess it is similar to equivalent latitudes in the USA but not sure.

Can't help either - one of my Coel ochracea started blooming about a month ago and the other is still developing the spike. My Coel Flaccida is even further behind them and probably won't flower for at least a couple of months. I bought 2 Cristata at the start of this year (one var. alba) and no sign of spikes even though they're meant to be flowering size, so I guess I'll have to wait to next year as nothing's showing yet.

My 'flowering size' plant has developed a new bulb so another season to wait I suppose lol.

Kelo, I think it could be the same like in my country (Latvia). C.cristata blooms form late february.
How is your cristata doing now?

Hi looking at a map you are about 400 to 500 miles north of washington state in latitude the wheather is not to much different. My Coel. cristata is in bloom now it blooms from about the last week of Nov. to Feb.
