Dendrobium lichenastrum var. prenticei
 

I've had this one for almost 2 years, it seems to bloom just about every other month. Probably my most frequent bloomer. Flowers form very quickly, I rarely notice a spike until the flower is about to open or already open. Flowers are also quite small, about 5mm.
The flower is upside down, I cannot remember if it always forms that way.

I have one that doesn't seem to do anything. It gets really bright light (not direct sunlight in the summer), good humidity and int. temps. How do you gtow yours?
