New Orchid grower 1 Phalenopsis & 1 Dendrobium
 

I recently purchased 2 orchids--Placed then in an east facing bathroom window and began to watch them grow. I am an avid gardener, but new to orchids--thus I began to search the internet for all the information I could learn about my plants. :cheer:

Yes welcome aboard. I had one phal for 2 years, and then the obsession took hold! You won,t have 2 for very long! Judi

That;s the truth. Start with one and before you know it you're building a greenhouse to contain everything you said you wouldn't buy. Join an orchid society and you discover that all the members share when they repot and divide. The greenhouse is never big enough...mojo

For dens you put nothing in her basket. ...you have to mount them with the pot.
