Really pretty. Don't think I would recognise the flower as a Den, but I can see the plant is.

I'm not sure to understand your question.
This dendro. isn't a cold one. I grow it in wood basket, warm to hot during summer, not so much light. When PBs are mature they became leafless and start flowering.
Inflorescences arise at the top of PBs.

I hope that answers your questions. ;)

Yes it does ,thank you . I have a large one not bloomed yet . Maybe there is hope for it as that is how I have been growing it .. Thanks again :)

Beautiful, David! How long do the pseudobulbs get on your plant? I'm trying to figure out if I have room for one of these...

To help flowering, don't hesitate to give him a little bit more sun that needed so the leaves turn to purple and give him a rest period during winter. ;)

@gnathaniel : The taller PB is approximately 30cm but it can grow to 50 cm.

It depends on your growing condition and how much do you feed them. This specie grow year round, and there is no definite blomming or resting. It pretty much blooms when the cane is mature. My plant has canes that are over 2 feet tall and seem to be still growing. It blooms only from the top 2-4 nodes of the canes so, feeding too much to make longer canes doesn't really seem to be beneficial.
