just bought this catasetum several months back and just bloomed yesterday. is this catasetum susan fuchs?
haven't got the time to go to the orchid nursery to confirm the hybrid yet.....thanks for any input

could be, but could also be Ctsm. Penang or Ctsm Orchidglade or Ctsm. Bound for Glory or Ctsm. Fuchs Delight or any other of the hybrids involving maybe Ctsm. pileatum and Ctsm. expansum... very difficult to say... those are all very similar...

P.S.- Most probably not Orchidglade, because the expansum callus is too large in your plant, and this is not very common (but not impossible!) in Orchidglade!

just got the ID from the orchid breeder, registered as
catasetum Chong Keng Yong (ctsm bound for glory x ctsm susah fusch var burgandy chips)
