This are one of my favourites. I grew one for about 4 years. I decided to repot it a couple of years ago and lost the entire pot. :bua:

Interesting Andrew, I read these are protected, and can not live out from that one natural habitat spot they are growing in due to the symbiotic relationship with fungi that is only in that location. Regarding the fact it died after re potting - the original pot medium must have had this fungi therefor it was actually growing for you, once you re potted it to new medium, no fungi, equals dead for this orchid. I would love to know where did you buy yours, since I heard they are not for sale, and no one was able to propagate them out of their habitat with any success? Many thanks
