Nice bright color. The plant thrives with bright light and plenty of air. It hangs high in the greenhouse and gets soaked once per week. When I was pampering it, it never bloomed.

Funny, several of my Catts (and other 'chids) did the same thing: when I started ignoring them, they took off. I guess we can all learn a lesson about killing with kindness. :biggrin:

The word "chid" is used instead of orchid. It can relate to any variety of orchid. It seems to me that it is used a a term of endearment.
