Ok. I'm a beginner here. If I don't have an autoclave, can I use a pressure cooker...
which is commonly used to cook foods and stuff? If yes, what about the temperature and the pressure that it gives? If not, why? Please..HELP ME! thanks a bunch.

Hi and welcome.Yes a pressure cooker can be used in place of autoclave. Home pressure cookers are set to cook at 15 lbs when it is just barely rocking the weight or steam. If your looking for info on propagation you might want to check out the propagation thread for more information.

I use a pressure cooker from the 1970's. Just bought a new gasket.
