Dendrobium Amethystoglossum in livingroom environment
 

Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum and a dendrobium-fan. I particularly like Dendrobium Amethystoglossum and would like to try one. I am wondering if anyone has any luck with growing this species in a living-room environment? My plants get good light and I try to keep the area where I keep them relatively moist. My dendrobiums have been very picky about blooming, though, so I was wondering if it would be worth trying this type. So would anyone recommend getting this type of dendrobium for this environment (or not :))?

I grow mine in an intermediate temp greenhouse with good humidity. I have brought it in the house when in bloom, but then back to the greenhouse where it thrives. Not sure about growing it in the house all the time...
