Platanthera ciliaris (US native orchid)
Photographed on a recent field trip to an area about 2 hours to the north of the Orlando area. I plan to go back in another week or two, as this was the only flowering plant we found (Paul Martin Brown told us that we were a bit early for these and were lucky to have found this one):
