Help with leaky misting system!

I have a misting system that I just bought and am trying to set up, but all the connections are leaking! I have the Lucky Reptile Super Rain Mist System shown here:
Lucky Reptile

The connections are spraying water everywhere when I turn it on and no matter how much I push the tubing in and how hard I pull them out (for the teeth to grab onto the tube), they still spray. I even cut the tube ends to make sure they are smooth and flat, not at a diagonal cut and this didn't help either. I know there is an air leak because when I turn it off, the water starts leaking out of the nozzles. If there was a sealed system, the water would stay inside. I have used these types of connections before with pneumatic air valves at work, but never with water and never had a problem. What am I doing wrong? I am typing this with extremely sensitive and painful fingertips at the moment if......

:hmm :scratchhead: :scratchhead: It looks simple enough (not that much different in assembly than the Mist King systems.) My guess is it's one of two things - either the tubing is a fraction off diameter (most likely of the two) or the push fittings are off size (unlikely, since there are so many). So I would recommend contaction the supplier and ask them. Could there have been a bad run of tubing? Other than that, not a clue!

There was the same problem from the tubing coming into the pump, but my husband pulled it really really hard and it fixed itself. We tried this with the others but it didn't work as well. I can't even type anymore from trying to change all the fittings around!

Ok, just as an update, I fixed the system finally! I took apart all of the connections and put them together one section at a time up to the nozzles with testing of the pump for leaks at each step. This worked and I set it up in the terrarium last night. Now after a bit of testing and measuring humidity and temps, the plants will go in!
