2 Neo. purchases from Santa Barbara
 

Just wanted to share pictures of my 2 Neo purchase's from the Santa Barbara orchid show.

The second photo with the tag turned around is Neofinetia Falcata 'Kinboshi'

Those must be from Jason. I love the variegation on them. I don't recall seeing 'Kinboshi' when I was at the nursery but then again he's got about a million of them in that "secret room". What is the 1st one?

Wow, those are so cool! I love the leaves. They are so pretty even when out of bloom. :)

You are correct on the first one, it is from Jason at Orchids Limited and is called Neofinetia falcata 'Nishide Miyako' West side Kyoto.
The second one is from Seed Engei, they specialize in Neo's, it is Neofinetia falcata 'Kinboshi' Tiger stripe.

I could be mistaken but I think they sell Neo's on Ebay as Japaneseorchids, there plants are of excellent quality.

Great plants. I especially like the varigated leaf one.

I have seen pictures of neo crosses from Seed Engei and wish I had access to some of them. I heard they go to shows on the west coast.... unfortunately that is far off from Michigan.
