Cold damage

On these leaves I noticed some light white areas. I know some are due to the water but I noticed this after being left outside over night and the temp got to 49-50f. Will it recover?

Can you post a bigger picture? I can't see the damage you're asking about.

Sure I'll get on on Monday, the "spots" are faint but are splotches of white on a few of the leaves.

Are they mushy or oozing liquid? Keep an eye on them to make sure nothing develops, but one cold night won't hurt most orchids.

They are dry and the leaf is still firm, just discolored.

looks like it might be mineral build up...try emulsifying a bit of milk in water or use some kind of foliar spray and whipe it down until it goes away :).

This is a paph parishii I got from OL this week. I wiped the leaves with a neem oil spray i bought a couple of times and now its nice and shiny :)

My Encyclia tampensis have taken nights in the mid 40s. They often see 40ish weather in Florida where they are native. I wouldn't worry about it, but watch the plant for signs like those mentioned above.

Thanks for the info I'll be sure and keep an eye on it.
