Misting: pro or con
 

I recently visited a GH owner who uses an overhead mist system for a couple of minutes several times a day.

A local commercial grower did not have a misting system that I could see. (I forgot to ask)

Some of my conflicting reading says spray misting is a mistake because it leaves the plant wet.

What is the conventional wisdom on this?

And just a side note....this is a GREAT forum.
