C. Nobilior var Alba?

I just purchased a new C. Nobilior var alba. When I received the young plant, I noticed that only half of the pseudobulb are bifoliate. One of the smaller older bulb and two new growth have only one leave. Is this normal for a young C.nobilior. I have two other young C.nobilior of similar size which I have just purchased, but they all have only bifoliate pseudobulbs. Is this a hybrid plant?
