This was a mistaken puchase. I was supposed to be getting a Barbatum, and the vendor sent this one instead. Needless to say, I waited, and in the long run, it is very nice. A fantastic color, very thick petals and flower parts, large flower, Extra shiny-- looks plastic. A vinicolor with extra flash. Enjoy.

Yes. I am very pleased with how it turned out. That little picotee on the top is striking too.

True. There was a sale last year at an orchid nursery. You sent them 90$ and they sent you 3 anonymous (but labled) multi species hybrid paphs of their chosing. I was not happy when I got my three, because they were all just red paphs. I was hopipng to get a green or yellow. So, of course when I found this was also red-- well, I was not too keen, however it is a wonderful paph. It is great that more of my collection looks like this:
