I was going to post the exact same question!!!! Im glad you asked, because i have no idea either! Im guessing it means No-ID as in you dont know what the "variety" it is but i could be totally off base on that one!

Maybe not the variety but possibility the species ( a little easier to identify) or hybrid (difficult if not impossible) name .. we can usually figure out it's genus .. :nod:

So many people have NOIDs but I never saw one sold at an orchid show. How embarassing is that???
