A few days ago I spotted some abnormalities on the leaves. Immediately i cut off that leaves, potting was isolation and cut off water. I don't know what i do right or wrong, and how is recover my orchid.

It looks like it may be some type of bacterial infection. If it’s still spreading you may need to look at some type of systemic treatment. In the mean time, keep water off the leaves, sterilize your tools between cuts, and wash your hands after handling.

And with 95% humidity and that temperature, you shouldn't be watering twice a day. No matter what alliance it is.

It's just 95% humidity in 5am anh go down to 57% in 11am and go up. Temperature maximum is 36 Celsius. Is it better when watering once time on day ? i checked again , it's just rotten leaves, nothing on stem ( or not yet ).

Linhnguyen. I'm not sure what you're trying to do. I originally saw a lot of pots with tiny little starts of orchids in them. Orchids don't need to even be watered once a day in those conditions. I really think you need to get some research done about orchids in general. No one is capable of giving you answers when you don't have the basics down, especially with the amount of apparent "starts" of orchids you have.

What is that blue substance on the leaf? Is it copper sulphate?

Maybe show photos of the orchid, and how it is grown.

Avoid wetting the leaves --- maybe avoided already ---- but --- just in case.

Gentle air-flow in the growing area can help - if not already provided.
