Using Keiki Paste
I am new to the forum so high everybody. Is there any body that knows how to apply keiki paste to cattleyas. Maybe to the rhizome? I have applied the paste to phalaenopsis and to a oncidium. I will have to wait to see if anything happens. I made the paste myself from 4 months of research on the net and a book from J. Ariditti. The paste consists of cytokinins (BAP) anti-auxins (tCA) and vitamins B1, B4, and B8 mixed into lanolyn. For the roots I use super thrive. Is there anybody that can give me more info on how to apply to cattleyas. The cattleyas are 2 years old and don't see any hopes of a single flower out of ten plants. I've been using the paste on other ornimental plants as well.

Sure I Will. Took me 6 months of hard work to get it. But I'll have to dig it up from where ever I may have put it. Its been 2 years now.

You apply the paste to the "eye" of cattleya. It is supposed to stimulate dormant eyes to grow new pseudo bulbs.

A year latter I'm getting back to you, sorry. Couldn't find my binder with the formulas in it. Going to take a drive to get a book to get the formulas.
