How's this for flower power? Whole plant is about the size of the mount (about 4 inches, 10 cm). (my hand for comparison) Individual flowers about 3 mm. I have no idea how many are on a spike since they don't all open at once. I counted about 60 spikes (plus or minus a few) This grows outside, shady and damp. First bloom a couple of years ago was "Meh" ... then nothing, now this.

Holy bleepballs batman!!! That is awesome!

It really gives me hope for my ‘chillums.

How do you keep it so moist, if I may ask?

All my mounted plants get watered every day (automatic system...in winter, low flow misters every day, sprinkler soaking on alternate days, summer both every day) Of course when it rains the sprinklers aren't needed but that's a few days a year, I just turn them off in that event.

Of course it dries out after being watered, but that is the case with all mounted plants. Epiphytes evolved to do just that - get wet when it rains, dry out when it stops. (Even at 80 percent humidity, it is drier when it is not raining than when it is.) This little 'un evolved in a wet climate, so it does need daily watering. Mounted species with pseudobulbs can go longer between waterings, but nearly all come from climates where rain is very frequent. Rain at my house comes from a hose or sprinkler.

This plant haunted my dreams. 60 spikes she said...tosses and turns....so much plant in a tiny space!!

Thanks. I never imagined that there would be plant I could not keep moist enough with my once a day watering!!!

I will see what changes I can make to tweak them

Again, kudos on the job well done (and doing)
