Tiny round white bugs, seed-husk looking things, dried streaks on oncidium leaves

I recently repotted two oncidiums into a very fine bark mix from RePotMe. Soon, I noticed tiny, tiny, round white bugs crawling in the potting media and on the leaves of the plant. These bugs are very tiny, clearish/white, and appear to have round bums, almost like a little spider--but there is no webbing like you'd see with spider mites. In addition, I keep seeing these odd sesame seed shaped little husks of something both on the plants and in the potting media. I've also found clearish dried streaks of something on the leaves. I tried insecticidal soap and neem oil, immediately removed the orchids from the media, and repotted again. Now, about 3 weeks later, I spotted a couple of these fast moving, tiny, crawling insects again. What are they and how can I get rid of them? Are they harmful? I do not think they are thrips, mealybugs, or springtails because they do not look like any of those. More like tiny white spiders with a tiny dot for the head, antennae, and a larger dot for the body/rear. No wings, and they don't jump--just crawl quickly. I will try to link a video of the bugs and some shots of the strange husks, and the dried clear stuff.
