curling leaves Dendrochilum glumaceum

I have a small Dendrochilum glumaceum that I purchased with three flower spikes, and two new growths. When I got it the leaves were nice and flat, gradually the have started to curl, a lot. they are curling parallel to the stem, and one leaf has a small cut in it. I havn't re potted yet it's small, 8 pbulbs and the bark looks good still.

I have a dendrochilum cobbianum that I re-potted into a teak basket. apart from the re-potting I treat them exactly the same and the dendrochilum cobbianum leaves are nice and flat. In the morning I take them out of the basement, drench them, put them outside in full sun, by noon they are in the shadow of a tree but in bright light. When it's dark I put them back in the basement where it's cool, along with a light misting (they both get dry when outside). They don't ever dry out. I cannot figure out what is going on. The leaves look like tubes, all leaning in one direction.

The two new growths seem to be making a lot more progress after I started putting them in the basement at night and outside during the day, so that is one good thing. I don't think they were getting the day night temp difference that they needed sitting in the window.

Dendrochilums are known for taking poorly to repotting. It could simply be an adjustment reaction.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. It's the one I didn't report that has the curled leaves.
here is a pic. I don't think anything is wrong I just don't understand why it's happening. Any thoughts, a while back it did fall of the table, could have something to do with it.
