Alba form of violacea
 

This beautiful Phal. violacea 'alba' is blooming in my shade house right now. I obtained the plant last year from Orchid Center in Waianae, Hawaii. The flowers have a natural spread of 1-3/4 inches.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments. Yes, the flowers are on two spikes. Each has buds at the tips so there are more flowers to come.

Love the 'purity' of these flowers. Here is mine, it's almost out of bloom now. It put out two new spikes this year for a total of 5.

Great job of growing Al. I notice on my plant and it looks like on yours too that the flowers bloom sequentially on each stem with new flowers replacing those that die off.

I'm jealous. I may have to get one now.

Do it Ted, even out of blossom the undulating leaves are really nice.

my violacea is about to open it's 3rd bud on this years spike...one day I'll get loads of blooms like yours!

WOW those are nice. I'm not too much of a phal phan but those are really nice and fragrant too? Very nice.
