Default Repot or not this Mtssa.?

Hope the photos show up. There's one growth that's getting pretty big and then another little one. When do I repot?
I was also going to switch from moss to a bark/husk/perlite/moss mixture.

Thanks

I mostly repot when roots are growing. Now would be the perfect time. The new pot should have about an inch-2 inch space all round. Your mix also is good.
Congrats on a healthy plant !

So, I don't have to wait until the smaller new growth is sprouting roots? The other's are almost going into the moss now, so I should repot before they go all the way in so the only media they know is the new kind?

It will be my first re-potting of a non-Phal. I'm nervous! Haha
I'll have to wait until next week on my day off. Wish me luck!

You'll do fine!

Myself, I'd simplify the potting mix, use chc with perlite or bark with perlite (what size bark do you have?), and skip the sphag (breaks down quickly). For most Onc. alliance I use the chc.
Or if you really love sphag, use just that or mixed with some perlite.

But, as I said, that's just me...

I bought a mix from repotme that I THINK was suggested for onc's either on their site or from someone on here I can't remember. Don't have the bag in front of me. It might even be labeled for onc's.
