In January 2020, I purchased a plant that had just bloomed on 3 PBs.
  • In November 2020, it bloomed on 12 PBs, but AOS judging was suspended due to Covid-19.
  • In November 2021, it bloomed on approx. 20 PBs, but out of sync with the AOS judging center, and too late for the Massachusetts OS show.

I couldn't postpone repotting & dividing any longer. It was so root bound, that I had to break the clay pot.

The root ball was so solid, that I had to use two Japanese garden trowels + a hammer to divide it. Despite all the hard work (about 2 hours), I managed to loose only one new growth, and now have 8 divisions.
