Hello everyone!
Going through my orchid supplies, I found a 3 inch vanda basket that I never did anything with. So I thought I'd post here and see what you all suggest I might grow in this little thing?
I'll be hanging it from my indoor orchid stand by the window, so low/medium light and pretty close to a humidifier and fan. However, if needed I could simply ignore hanging it and just keep it under my T5 lights. Let me know what you all think! (And if there is also any special care instructions attached to your suggestions hehe)

What are the room/growing area temps and humidity? That will dictate what would do best.

Winter temps in the house are about 60-70F. I havent measured in summer but I expect it to rise by ten degrees or so (70-80 throughout the day). Humidity seems to stay somewhere in the 40% range. But I want to hang the basket close to my humidifier, so that may go up a tad

Dendrobium anosmum, or a nobile hybrid.

I can't provide mounted advise with humidity that low, because my only experience is in a tent and >70rh.

But, if I were going to try it, I'd go with a smaller intermediate temp. Cattleya hyb, and for media, use lava rock or New Zealand tree fern fiber.

Sphagnum mixes may also work, but I tend to be heavy handed with water.
