I received it yesterday. It's a Marguerite 'Red Star'!

Now you get to have fun growing it!
They are pretty neat orchids but I haven't been brave enough to try them, yet. Someday....

Thanks all. I don't mind a "challenge". Summers might be the toughest time for me to keep it alive but I think I can do it. I finally figured out phals so I'm sure I can keep these alive. We shall see!

If you start having problems in the summer, get a Kool-log and mount it on that. Mine masdies did fine until we had a really hot streak, then they started dropping leaves really fast. Once I mounted on the Kool-log it stopped. Here is a link: Kool-Logs

I may try a cool pot instead. I want this potted. Thanks for the advice though!

I am considering getting one too but my problem is humidity, especially in summer. With outside values such 15% during 4 months in a row, I'm not sure if it is possible to grow them even with artificial ways to increase HR to 60%.

Great looking plant you should enjoy it.
This photo shows some of my Masdevallia out in flower.
I keep them pretty moist and they seem to like it.
