Mystery Masdevallia in bloom-- Male
Default Mystery Masdevallia in bloom--

I bought this orchid, a Masdevallia last year–It has just begun to bloom–I was completely perplexed--It was supposed to be Masdevallia tovarensis, a white flowered species–I contacted the grower and he thought it might be an accidental hybrid–Possibly crossed with Masdevallia Bella Donna--So...a mystery--I do think it’s beautiful either way–I just wanted to share the photos--

Thanks guys--I am happy with it despite it being different than what I expected--DeaC I think I would like to try restrepias in the future--I have seen photos of some reatlly cool species, especially those with striped blooms--very similiar to striped beetles, I think--
