Wow I like this alot..It reminds me of my Masdevallia mendozae, But I love how the flowers are "balloon" shaped gives it a really elegant look. On my wish list.

P.S I am very jealous of your Masdevallia growing skills!!

This one is so beautiful. I’m hoping I can get the temps right in my terrarium to put one of these or the Masd. limax in there. I adore that shape!

lucerna in Latin means "oil lamp" or "lantern." the -ula ending makes it a diminutive (like -ito in Spanish), so lucernula means little lantern. cute (and accurate)!
