Just picked this plant up yesterday....anyone have any cultural advice??

Very interesting ! It has the hairy black resemblance to the tarantula...but the spider is as big as the palm of your hand.

Here is what I was able to research on this orchid:

Free Flowering Throughout the Year
Shade to Bright; 1500-2500 Footcandles (indirect light,pronounced shadowing)
Intermediate to Warm; 58°F min. to 88°F max.

You will not kill it. It is currently in bloom, soon you will have keikis...if you are concerned and wanted to know more about this plant it means you care and love it...I beleive you will norture it and make it bloom again and again.
Let it dry before watering...this has no rest period you may water it and fertilize it and by the looks of it: repot in 2 yrs...
