Default Masdevallia floribunda

Hi Everyone
Wanted to share some pics of the first Masde I have ever rebloomed. I bought it from Paramount back in Feb and she rewarded me with some flowers in April. Seems quite easy to bring into flower, but I will wait until the second blooming before I can say for sure.Wish the pics were a little better, but I think I need a better camera to really catch the details.
Thanks for looking!!!

Very nice indeed! I have two masdes and only one has rebloomed for me twice now. From what I can gather, they need damp, cold, and sun. Is that what you have going for you? I see it's in moss, so that is consistent with mine. Good growing!

I currently have mine in about 800fc, bout the same as for my phals. Seems to be growing quite well, I have heard that this species can handle slightly warmer temps than most Masde's.

That is enough light for this Masd. Most of Masd (at least 90%)are low light plants.
Masd. floibunda is an intermediate grower. If you can cool it off a bit at night, it can handle warmer temperature during the day.

Nice growing, Nick.
