I have a Rodrumnia with Helmut Rohl as part of its background. You take care of it much like a Tolumnia. This means they want to be watered/misted every day, to dry off quickly between watering, fairly high light, and plenty of air movement. For me, I like having my rodrumnia and tolumnia mounted on sticks and cork, but some can make it work in a small pot with some kind of mix that can breathe.
If you need more source info, look up care tips for Tolumnia and Rodriguezia, the two genus that make up Rodrumnia
