upload - Orchid Board

Today I tried to upload 2 pictures 2x... I still do not see them
how am I to do this?
They are pictures of a orchid I like to get some info one... ( was going to post a question later on them)
I consider myself good with the web
I am a webmaster for several sites...I am a professional Photo shop user...and as of Feb 17 will be a professional Multi Media technician..
but still no pictures...

Sometimes the resizing makes me a little crazy…I can resize 3 pics the same size and come out with 3 different file sizes then have to resize again to get them to fit…
