Dracula sijmii, I believe. There's another species, D. simia, whose name (simia) actually refers to a monkey.

I believe someone posted this on OB a while back and there was a lot of discussion about it and about the fact that everyone wanted to grow it.

It looks possible to cultivate the species, although I wouldn't know where to begin! Here are some growing tips

The conservation organization of which I am a board member has a project in Colombia where we are protecting and restoring habitat for a species of Dracula orchid (not sure of the species though). Here's a photo of the Colombian Dracula orchid.

Infact for me, all Dracula sp. look like monkey faces to me. Thats how I can tell them apart from other orchids. No exceptions yet. Every single Dracula I have seen on orchid board looks like a monkey face, some more than others.

This looks to me like a photoshopped picture. The markings are far too vivid to be real.

There are other similar pictures of this species online, so that photo, if photoshopped is probably a fair depiction of the flower.
