Yeah, I like that second B&W too. I made a reversed copy of that one today and had the color and the reversed B&W printed. I need to find a frame now...

I need to start printing more of my stuff and hanging on my walls. Images in a computer do me no real good.

I use a Canon 40D which is a 10.1mp body and 24-70 f2.8L lens, which is just simply a stunning lens and my favorite one of my lenses. I also use a Kenko Extension Tubes to allow me to get closer and make things bigger in the frame. With the Kenko ETs, I can still get Auto Focus and metering through the tube.

Great shot man, I really liked it. I use a Nikon D-60 for now with a stock lens that came with it but it shoots pretty good pics till I get a decent lens.

What lens are you looking at getting? There are quite a few really nice Nikkor lenses to be had. And then there are the aftermarket lenses like Sigma and Tamron.

I have a Tamron 10-24mm Di f3.5-4.5 that is a really nice lens. It's amazingly sharp and super wide. I was messing around with it today shooting some of my other flowers growing in my front yard. I added a 12mm ET to the lens and I was able to get really close to the flowers, almost touching the front element.

Just to let you know how large these flowers are really, here's a shot with my fingers holding some of the flowers.

Tiny! The larger ones are about the size of a dime.
