Default St. Louis Japanese Festival

These pics were taken back on this year's Labor Day at the Missorui Botanical Garden.
As mentioned in the title, it was a Japanese culture festival, which displayed many examples of Japanese crafts and performances. the fact that we had a pretty cool summer was a nice factor.

Great pics! I think the flower in the 5th pic is some type of Protea or maybe a Banksia...

Thanks guys, and thanks for the ID.
Looking through the Proteas, it definitely looks like a type of Banksia. Just found the thin waxy petals fascinating.
