Time lapse camera - Orchid Board

I was watching the TV show "Ask this old house" recently and they had a camera that looked like a fun toy. It takes time lapse photos and makes them into a movie. If there is anything better than a photo of an orchid, it would be lots of photos of an orchid doing its thing. It is designed specifically for the garden, and is on a stake that you push into the ground.

If there are any orchid lovers out there with any money left, this would make a perfect birthday present for me.

That is fun! I tried to do this with my video camera and a Phal. I have that was opening up it's last flower. It took almost 24 hours to open and even then it didn't open fully before I couldn't do it any more.
I used my Sony PDX10 setting the intervolometer to record 1 second every 10 minutes. I recorded almost 20 minutes of video. I still need to edit that together and speed it up a whole lot!
