Very nice plant and great pictures. I had the chance to visit Andy's Orchids last August. What a fantastic place.

Lighting is 40 watts of flourescent bulb. Its a T8 I think.
Humidity stays above 60, sometime at around 90. Temperature stays in the 70's.
I don't really fertilize.
