Default fragrant and/or mini-phals for a beginner?

Hi everyone.

I love the mini-phals! I've also smelled a few that are amazingly fragrant. Which mini-phals would be good for a beginner with only T12 shop lights and some northern exposure natural light to try????? Minis are cute, and fragrant is awesome, and easy is necessary . . . a combo of all of the above would be perfection!

Christina

Most Mini Phals are humidity lovers, more so than any others. They loose their leaves if it gets too dry. They wont die, just loose their leaves thinking its winter. But they won't loose their leaves in the winter if you keep them nice and humid. I have only tried Phal javanica which never looses its leaves, I don't know if its fragrant. Phal lobbi, Phal parishii, Phal gibbosa, Phal wilsonii are all decidious minis. Don't know about fragrance, an expert will have to guide you from here on out.
