Default Lovebirds think Phals taste good!

I put this Phal too close to my Lovebirds cage ... and they had a feast! Luckily it wasn't poisonous to them. The funny thing is I can't get them to eat any veggies or fruit. This week they ignored grapes and broccoli, but devoured this orchid. They are lucky I love them so much!

Awww they are so cute. Now I know not to put mine near any Orchids, that is if we get any love birds.

No offense taken to any of your comments! I love them but they are really rotten birds. They are not "love" birds. They can bite really hard! I may try lettuce or something leaf-like next. Did you see how much they ate in one day??? Their bellies must have been stuffed! See that one in the picture giving me the evil eye ... that is Jade. She is really crazy. She probably did most of the damage.

Your bird sure have good taste though! And they like the same things you do.
I have canaries and they go completely crazy over lettuce (dark leaved), broccoli and apple. They like other stuff, but these are their absolute favorites! Maybe you could try those?
